Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using any service provided by anydeal Store, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not use any anydeal Store service. Anyone accessing our services on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to commit that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You may use anydeal Store's services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless anydeal Store has given you written authorization to do otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

anydeal Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. If a mistake appears in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct it and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference only; anydeal Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by anydeal Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched or collected. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on anydeal Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "anydeal Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to anydeal Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any anydeal Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by anydeal Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must inform anydeal Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of anydeal Store's services shall first be submitted to anydeal Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

anydeal Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using anydeal Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
